    ARTICLE 3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

    3.1 Use of the Website and any contribution of its content shall be subject to acceptance without reservation and to compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU).

    3.2 Consequently, the User acknowledges having read all of the GTCU and declares that they accept them without reservation.

    ARTICLE 4. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE GTCU

    4.1 If any provision of these GTCU is declared null and void due to any applicable legislative or regulatory provision and/or a court decision having the authority of res judicata, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and applicable.

    4.2 The Editor shall reserve the right to amend the GTCU, the Website and its contents at any time without prior notice, including to comply with legislative and regulatory amendments.

    ARTICLE 5. BROWSING THE WEBSITE

    5.1 The Editor shall grant access to the Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a 7 week, to the extent of the technical means at their disposal.

    5.2 The Editor can:

    • Suspend, limit or interrupt access to all or part of the Website in order to make updates, changes to its content or any other action they deems necessary.

    • Delete any information that may interfere with the operation or contravene national or international laws.

    ARTICLE 6. RESPONSIBILITIES

    As an Editor, LABORATOIRES DENSMORE  is responsible for the content that they have published. However, the information communicated on the Website is provided for informational purposes. It is non-contractual, and the Editor shall not be held liable due to possible inaccuracy of the published information. They are subject to change or update without prior notice. The Editor also reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make improvements and/or modifications to the Website.
    In particular, the Editor shall not be held liable for:

    Use of the website involves loyalty on the part of the User, in accordance with the GTCU, in order to avoid being held liable. The User shall be responsible for their use of the Website.
    The Editor shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond their control or justified necessity, it was required to modify, suspend or delete the Website.

    The Editor disclaims responsibility for any possible dissatisfaction of Users with regard to the content of the Website or its operation.

    The Editor will not be responsible for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper functioning of the Website, in particular due to external malicious acts.

    The Editor shall no longer be held liable in the event that one or more Users could not connect to their User account (if existing) due to any technical failure or any problem linked in particular to network congestion.
    The Editor shall make every effort to provide Users with available and verified information and/or tools, but shall not be held liable for errors (including posts on the Website, sending erroneous emails), lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the Website or on websites to which the Website redirects, any malfunction of the Internet network that prevents the website from functioning properly (particularly due to external malicious acts); interruptions, delays in data transmission, failures of the device, User’s telephone line, servers, Internet service providers, telephone operators, computer equipment, software; loss of any email and more commonly, loss of any data, consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure, any damage caused to a User’s device, any technical, hardware and software failure of any kind, having prevented or limited the possibility of using the Website or having damaged a User’s system.

    It is the responsibility of any User to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their telephone equipment from damage. Any User shall be solely responsible for their connection to the Website.

    Similarly, use of the Website implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and limitations of the Internet, lack of protection of certain data against possible hijacking or piracy, and the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network.

    Any attempt by a User or by any person to deliberately damage the Website constitutes an infringement of civil and criminal regulations and the Editor reserves the right to pursue any legal actions.

    ARTICLE 7. APPLICABLE LAW AND ATTRIBUTION OF COMPETENCE

    These General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought either before one of the territorially competent courts under the French Code of Civil Procedure, or before the jurisdiction of the place where the User remained at the time of the conclusion of the agreement or the occurrence of the harmful event
